Terrace dining — overlooking the Vanoise

The Alpenrose restaurant

In our wood-panelled dining rooms, the Alpenrose serves traditional, local cuisine to satisfy all taste buds: Savoyard classics such as fondue, raclette and tartiflette, alongside regional cheeses and charcuterie from Savoie — generous mountain food, cooked with products from the valley.

Opening hours

  • Breakfast — buffet from 7:30 to 10 o’clock, for early birds and late risers: cold meats, cheeseboard, fresh fruit salad, eggs, cakes and pastries.
  • Lunch — weekends, 12:00 to 1:30 p.m.
  • Dinner — every day, 7:00 to 9:00 p.m.

Under the old beams, our wine cellar holds more than 70 wines — from local Savoie producers to the classic French regions — with vintages rotated throughout the seasons. Ask the team for the pairing that matches your dish.

The bar

The hotel bar

From 3 p.m., settle into a chair by the open hearth or on the sunny terrace. The bar serves world coffees and teas, hot chocolate and mulled wine after skiing, house cocktails and beers from Savoie — with board games and newspapers close to hand.

An aperitif before dinner, a nightcap after the slopes: in every season, the bar is the warm heart of the hotel.

Dining on the terrace

In summer, meals can be served out on our terraces — in winter, the open hearth at the bar and restaurant provides even more cosy comfort.
